WeZone Inc. Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or returns. Valid ID is required at the door of the event. All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification.

Order Confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email sent to the address provided by the ticket purchaser during the online session) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with WeZone Inc. (customerservice@wezoneinc.com) whether or not your ticket order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. WeZone Inc. will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation. Tickets purchased "accidentally" or otherwise in error are non-refundable. Any portion of the ticket purchase that qualifies as tax-deductible will be listed at the time of the transaction. Should you need confirmation of the amount, please email customerservice@wezoneinc.com to obtain an official tax receipt and donation acknowledgement letter.

Changed, Cancelled and Postponed Events

Refunds are issued only in the case of event cancellation or postponement. If an event is cancelled or postponed, WeZone Inc. will make every effort to notify you in advance. WeZone Inc. will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if we are unable to contact you in the event of an event cancellation or postponement.

Refunds and Exchanges

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your order. All event ticket sales are final, and no refunds or returns are permitted.

Pricing Errors

If the amount you pay for an event ticket is obviously or grossly incorrect, regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on the website/application or otherwise communicated to you, and regardless of whether because of a transactional malfunction of the website/application or other WeZone Inc. operated system, then WeZone will have the right to cancel that ticket and refund to you the amount that you paid. Please contact customerservice@wezoneinc.com if you believe that a pricing error has occurred.

Resale of Event Tickets

For any event ticket(s) purchased through a WeZone Inc. website or application, the ticket purchaser understands that resale of such ticket(s) is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations related to such. Any violation of such laws may result in prosecution of ticket purchaser by such agency or other party. WeZone Inc. assumes no liability for tickets purchased or resold through unauthorized channels.

All Sales are Final

All sales completed though the WeZone Inc. website and application are final. Please see our refund or exchange policies above. Please be sure you have selected the proper event and ticket tier (price) prior to completing your order. Once event tickets are issued, they are like cash and will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to bring with them the official ticket, email confirmation or printout of the confirmation page with their person at the time the event is to commence. WeZone Inc. does not guarantee there will be a list of purchasers available and/or accessible at the time the event commences, and even with a list at the event we do not guarantee entry without proper identification, such as a driver's license or passport.
